In most regions, we provide free shipping for orders over $100, while orders below $299 receive shipping charges. Oceania has different shipping standards and does not provide package shipping.
All actual shipping costs may vary depending on location and weight. Freight will be automatically calculated on the checkout page, and all freight will be subject to the freight displayed on the checkout page.
Normal delivery time
After you submit your order and make a successful payment, we usually arrange for shipment within 48 hours. After shipment, we will submit the express bill number on the website. You will receive the express bill number within approximately 72 hours. Please follow your tracking information to proceed.
Customer Verification Policy (pre shipment)
We are responsible for detecting and preventing fraud, misappropriation, and other violations to protect our customers. Once our system detects suspicious transactions, as long as the customer places multiple orders before we process the order, we must request additional information for verification.
Package loss and liability determination
If the mailing address is incorrect, resulting in the inability to retrieve the package after posting, all losses shall be borne by the recipient. We are responsible for the losses caused by the express company during transportation.
International customers may need to pay additional import taxes.
The customs fees for these items are collected by local governments - laws vary from country to country. Unfortunately, import taxes are not something we can pay because they are not a fixed amount and are collected by the local government upon receipt of the item, and are the responsibility of the importer.
