Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends, public holidays and peak sales periods are not included in business days and shipping will be delayed accordingly.
2. Shipping Method & Carriers
We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping to all countries around the world. Our main carriers: DHL, UPS and other international postal parcels. We do not support designated courier.
3. Shipping Fee & Free Shipping
Free Shipping for All Products: All items in the store enjoy free standard shipping to all countries around the world, with no minimum order amount required. Remote regions will charge an extra remote delivery fee (if applicable).
4. Delivery Time (For Reference Only)
- Standard Shipping (Postal Parcels): 7–25 business days - Express Shipping (DHL/UPS): 3–7 business days Remote areas, customs inspection, flight delays, bad weather, holidays will cause delivery delays, we do not compensate for delayed arrival.
5. Customs Duty & Tax
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and related charges are the buyer's full responsibility. We will not bear any customs tax, return freight or penalty fee caused by customs issues.
6. Address Modification & Cancellation
You can change address or cancel order only before shipment. Once the parcel is shipped, no address change, cancellation or intercept is available.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by war, epidemic, policy control, flight suspension, natural disasters and other force majeure events.
8. Agreement
Placing an order means you have read and agreed to our full Shipping Policy.
